Thriving is my birthright

A free guide to help you step out of survival mode and begin orienting your life towards thriving.

After using this guide this, you'll have named the conditions you need to thrive and taken the first step towards building more of them into your life.

Your guide will arrive straight to your inbox, along with a few short follow-up notes to keep orienting you towards thriving. After that, I'll only write occasionally. My inbox is overflowing too and I don't want to add to your load.

What's inside?

  • A gentle reframe of what survival mode is and why it's not a personal failure
  • An invitation to apply self-compassion to the conditions you're currently living under
  • A reflective worksheet to help you name the conditions you need in order to thrive
  • A creative practice to help you orient your life towards those conditions, arrow by arrow

So many of us are stuck in survival mode without quite knowing it. We're functioning, we're meeting the demands, we're keeping up, but somewhere along the way, the idea of thriving started to feel like a luxury meant for someone else. Someone less tired, with more time, fewer responsibilities, or a different set of circumstances.

This guide is for the rest of us. For women who are doing the work of holding a life together and wondering where their true self went. It won't tell you to fix yourself or hustle harder. It will help you notice where you are, name what you need and start choosing the conditions that allow you to thrive.

Who wrote this?

I'm Lyndall, the writer behind Dreams are Arrows. I write from inside the practice myself — as a lifelong meditator, a perfectionist with a loud inner critic, and someone who needed this guide as much as anyone. You can read more about me here.

Ready when you are

If anything on this page rings true, Thriving is my birthright is waiting for you.

It's free, it's gentle and it's designed to help you reconnect with yourself when you've got a few spare moments in your day.

And it's realistic. You don't need to change your whole life right now. You just have to be ready to acknowledge what you need more of and how you can make that happen.

You're worthy of thriving. Always.
